About ImageAssist
What is ImageAssist?
ImageAssist is an AI-powered platform for real estate professionals. Upload property photos and apply enhancements such as virtual twilight, declutter, grass improvement, or custom prompt edits—ready for listings, brochures, and campaign assets.
Who is ImageAssist built for?
Agents, property marketers, and agency teams who need faster, consistent listing imagery without briefing a retoucher for every small change. The workflow is built around campaign-ready outputs, not general photo editing.
Credits and billing
How does the credit system work?
You buy credit packs upfront and spend credits when an enhancement completes successfully. Different tools use different amounts. View your balance in the dashboard and purchase more credits from Billing at any time.
How many credits does each enhancement use?
Grass Enhancement: 2 credits. Day to Dusk (Virtual Twilight): 5 credits. Room Declutter: 5 credits. Virtual Staging: 5 credits. AI Actors: 3 credits. Custom Prompt: 5 credits.
Do credits expire?
No. Purchased credits do not expire. Use them when you have listing work—there is no monthly subscription lock-in.
Do I get free credits when I sign up?
Yes. New accounts receive 15 free credits on signup so you can try the tools before buying a pack.
Am I charged if an enhancement fails?
No. Credits are deducted only when an enhancement completes successfully. If a job fails, retry from Upload or History without losing credits for that attempt.
How much does regeneration cost?
Regenerating an image costs half the original tool price (minimum 1 credit). Examples: 5 → 2; 5 → 2; 2 → 1; 5 → 2.
Enhancement tools
What is Day to Dusk (Virtual Twilight)?
Turn daytime exterior photos into twilight-style listing shots. Choose a mood: Early Afternoon, After Sunset, Dark/Night. Each run uses 5 credits.
What does Room Declutter do?
Remove visual clutter from interior or exterior shots. Choose Clean unwanted personal items or Remove all furniture and items. Each run uses 5 credits.
What does Grass Enhancement do?
Improve tired or patchy lawns so outdoor areas look greener and cleaner in listing media. Each run uses 2 credits.
How does Custom Prompt editing work?
Describe the change in plain English (for example, modernise a sofa or lighten walls). Prompts can be up to 2000 characters. Each run uses 5 credits. Be specific about what should change and what should stay the same.
Uploads, outputs, and history
What files can I upload?
PNG, JPG, or WebP images up to 15MB per file. Larger files are rejected before processing starts.
How long does processing take?
Most jobs finish within a few minutes. Timing depends on image size and server load. You can track progress on the upload screen and revisit completed jobs from History.
How long are my images stored?
Original and enhanced images are stored temporarily and automatically deleted after 30 days. Download what you need for your listings before then.
How do I download results?
When a job completes, download enhanced images from the upload result screen or from History. Use them in portals, brochures, pitch decks, and paid social.
Account, privacy, and support
Who owns my images?
You retain rights to images you upload. ImageAssist does not claim ownership of your content. You are responsible for having permission to edit and publish the images you submit.
Are my images used to train AI models?
We do not use your images to train AI models without your explicit consent. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
How do I manage my account?
Update your profile and password from Dashboard → Settings. Purchase credits and view transactions from Billing. Delete your account from Settings if you no longer need the service.
